Refund and Returns Policy

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Sending products like ceramics can be a tricky process. We take an incredible amount of care when packaging your order and rarely do breakages happen. If they do, we will work together to organise replacements and to process claims through the postage suppliers. Please inform Mix For Colour ASAP if you have received incorrect or faulty items and we will work with you to sort out the easiest way to rectify the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately, Mix For Colour does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct combination is chosen, within each product listing as all Products are handmade to order, it is imperative to make the right selection for you when commissioning pieces.

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with confirming your order.

 

LATE DELIVERY

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. All of our Products are lovingly Handmade. We have stated clearly on the order confirmation email that our processing and production time is approx 5 Business days from the time of ordering to your products being ready to ship, at which point you will recieve a notification containing your shipping information. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends or public holidays.. We can not be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for Birthdays or Christmas for obvious reasons.
